Auction Terms and Conditions

Powers Equipment Auctions Inc. strives to provide accurate descriptions and representations of all equipment to the best of our ability. We strongly recommend that buyers preview items before placing bids or contact us before the auction to speak with a sales representative. Any item descriptions or image errors do not absolve the buyer of their obligation to pay for purchased items. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that each item meets their needs and requirements before bidding. You agree to all terms and conditions by registering and placing your bid.

All items listed are sold "as is" and "where is," with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. All sales are final. Items can be inspected during regular business hours, and the Buyer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting and ensuring satisfaction with the condition of the items before bidding. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, they are not guaranteed. Photos and videos may not fully capture all aspects of the item, both positive and negative. To place a bid, all bidders must be registered through AuctionTime.

Equipment Preview Information

All equipment is available for inspection at their respective location sites.

Locations are open for inspection Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as locations close business promptly at 5:00 PM. If you'd like to view equipment on a Saturday, please get in touch with us in advance to schedule an appointment.

Tax and Tax Exempt Forms

All purchases, including the buyer's premium, are subject to the State Sales Tax. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax must complete a State Tax Exempt Form, sign it, and submit it to Powers Equipment Auctions Inc. at the time of payment.

Payments

Winning Bidders will receive an invoice via email to the registered email address with AuctionTime within 24 hours of the auction finalizing. Payments shall be made within 48 hours of the auction ending via ACH payment or Bank Wire Transfer. All domestic Bank Wire Transfers and ACH payments will be charged a $25 fee, and International Bank Wire Transfers and ACH payments will be charged $45. 

Equipment can be loaded at the site only after proof of payment, in the form of a paid invoice, is provided.

Load-Out Information

Winning Bidders are solely responsible for arranging their trucking and transportation to remove their equipment. All equipment is available for load-out at their respective locations, and assistance with loading, including access to loading docks, is available. Locations are open for load-out Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, as they close business promptly at 5:00 PM. If you'd like to load out your equipment on a Saturday, please get in touch with us in advance to schedule an appointment.

 *** If the equipment purchased requires transportation disassembly, the Buyer must contact the respective equipment location's Service Department to obtain a quote and schedule the service with the Service Department. Buyers are responsible for all associated service costs and fees.
